STEP 2: PERSONALIZED PLANS
We share your personalized nutrition and workout plans as per your requirements and preferences within 48 hrs.
STEP 3: PROGRESS TRACKING
We focus on tracking daily adherence to the plans and do weekly progress monitoring on 8 different parameters of health and fitness to help you stay on track. Changes are incorporated in the plans based on your progress and feedback during weekly review
